INTRODUCING OUR LIMITED SPACE GROUP COACHING SESSION

We will be holding a group session starting Dec 1st and it will run for 10 days.

We will be selecting 8-10 families with babies between 4 & 7 months.

Join us for 10 days in a private Facebook group where we will be hosting the following:

- Day 1: We will do a 2 hour group consultation that will cover the entire sleep plan, including sleep education, how to prepare the room, 2 methods to choose from, naps, early mornings, and a Q&A period.
- Day 2: You will start implement your plan at bedtime!
- Day 5/6: You will schedule a 20-30 minute call with one of the coaches to discuss how things are going, we will review your sleep log with you and give you further recommendations for week 2
- Throughout the 10 Days: 2x Daily Q&A Support from your coaches (once in AM & PM)

Other Added Bonuses:
The coaches will be online 2x per day to answer questions. Once in the morning and once in the evening.

You may support each other and mentor each other if you feel up to it.
